The ICOPE six
صحت مند بڑھاپے کے چھ ستون
The World Health Organization's Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) framework identifies six intrinsic capacities. Manage them together, and people stay independent for longer. Manage them separately — which is how care usually works — and they slip.
Our care model follows the World Health Organization's ICOPE framework — the same standard adopted as national policy in France and used in programmes across India, Vietnam and Mexico. We are Pakistan's first organisation to bring it home.
verifiedEvery plan screens all six capacities — nothing slips.Physiotherapy at home. Falls prevention, gait and strength — because one fall can change everything.
Nutritionist assessments and meal planning for chronic conditions. Eating well doesn't stop at 60.
Memory screening, gentle cognitive training and dementia support. Forgetfulness deserves attention — not panic.
Clinical psychologist visits, depression screening and family counselling. The mind needs care too.
In-home vision checks, referral pathways and low-vision aids — so the world stays in focus.
Hearing screening and hearing-aid support at the doorstep. 1 in 3 over 65 has hearing loss.
What we do
ایک ٹیم، آپ کے اپنوں کے لیے
Most families juggle six phone numbers — a nurse from one place, a physio from another, a doctor who has never spoken to either. We replace all of that with one coordinated team.
A free assessment of every capacity — movement, nutrition, memory, mood, sight and hearing.
Who visits, how often, what to watch, when to escalate — personalised and in writing.
Nurse, health worker, physio, nutritionist, psychologist — all reporting to one doctor.
One shared record and regular WhatsApp updates — even from another city, you'll know.
